Get yourself into routine and set aside working hours clearly, and let your friends and family know that even though you are home, you are off limits during that time. Getting yourself into a routine provides a structure to the day and helps you stay focused. Get up early, get dressed as if you’d be if working in an office and stick to your routine plan.
